Your Club has now been closed for almost 11 weeks due to the government mandatory covid-19 lockdown.
We know this has been a challenging time not only for the business, but also the greater Epping community and you our valuable member.
We hope many of you have been enjoying our fun Friday night raffles and the Thursday and Sunday night trivia sessions via zoom. We’re pleased we have been able to provide these for you and it's been great to keep in touch.
Like all Clubs, we have welcomed the NSW Government’s unveiling of the state’s road map yesterday. To reopen hospitality venues including your Club when double dose vaccination reaches the initial target of 70%. NSW Health has indicated we should expect to hit this rate in mid-October.
The NSW Club industry has done everything in its power to assist in the fight against COVID-19, being a major employer and contributor to local community, sporting and social groups and of course the charities most in need such as The Karonga School here in Epping.
The NSW Government and NSW Health has indicated that when Clubs are allowed to reopen that members and guests will need to be fully vaccinated to enter the Club along with our staff. We are still waiting on confirmation of this policy.
As we are excitedly preparing to reopen in the safest way possible, we are participating in an industry wide survey which we would like you to complete to assist us. This will give us a greater insight into your thoughts and expectations regarding our COVID-safe procedures and vaccination requirements for both staff and members.
We encourage you to add any additional comments in the section provided. Rest assured, your answers are strictly confidential and will not be attributed to you personally.

We look forward to receiving your responses no later than 9pm, Friday 17th September and seeing you back at the Club very soon.
