PROOF OF VACCINATION
We are following the NSW Health regulations

As of Monday 11 October the procedure for entry is as follows:

1.    Show our Customer Service team your Digital or Paper Vaccination Certificate or a valid medical exemption.

2.    Scan the Club’s QR code with your device at the entrance to the building to check in.

3.    Show our Staff your QR code or let us check you in with your own ServiceNSW QR code. 

All of these steps are required for absolute compliance.  As always the wellbeing of our valued staff, members and guests is at the forefront of all actions within the Club. As a result we have a zero-tolerance policy against any abuse of our staff or non-compliance with the NSW Public Health Orders.

Our entire team are working tirelessly to ensure your access to the Club is as seamless as possible.

Anyone aged 16 and over must be fully vaccinated to attend venues including Clubs. Please show proof of double vaccination upon arriving at The Epping Club.

We thank you for supporting us and following the NSW Government's guidelines.

Any children under 16 years of age who are not fully vaccinated can attend as long as they are accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult member of their household. The accompanying adult:

  • Must sign the child into the venue using the QR code and then is able to leave the child in the care of supervising teachers and staff, then return to collect the child at the conclusion of the event or function
  • Is not required to remain with the child during the event or function but must remain on the premises for the duration of the function before collecting the child when the function concludes.
  • Must follow all of the venue’s COVID-safe practices when checking in and out.

Currently masks are required for anyone aged 12 and over while indoors (and strongly recommended for primary school students) except while eating and drinking.

HOW CAN I PROVE I'M FULLY VACCINATED? 

You can prove you are fully vaccinated through your COVID-19 digital certificate Immunisation history statement. Vaccine Passport (when it becomes available).

Where do I access my proof of vaccination?

You can access your proof of vaccination (COVID-19 Digital Certificate or Immunisation History Statement) using: Your Medicare online account through myGov The Express Plus Medicare mobile app, which also gives you the option of adding your digital certificate to an Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

Can I come to the Club if I’ve only had one vaccine dose?

No. The NSW Government has stated that only people who have received both doses of the vaccine can come to the club until later in the year. At that time we will re-issue an update.

How can I get proof in hard copy?

You can ask your vaccination provider to print your immunisation history statement.

You can also call the Australian Immunisation Register on 1800 653 809 and ask them to mail your statement to you.

What if I can’t get vaccinated?

Subject to the legislation which mandates vaccinations, people who can’t be vaccinated may be permitted to enter the club if they obtain a “contraindication certificate”.  Please consult your medical practitioner for further information.

We will only be permitted to accept a medical exemption with an approved form.  Please do not ask our staff to consider any other format.

How will the club know my proof of vaccine or medical exemption is authentic?

At our discretion, we may attempt to verify that your “proof of vaccine” is authentic. We remind you that it is a federal offence to falsify this information. 

Our staff have had comprehensive training to ensure their knowledge in authenticating these documents for everybody’s safety. Any fraudulent representations will be a police matter.
