We apologise that these sections of our website will be offline during the system upgrade. Please contact Customer Service to renew over the phone or ask in person at Customer Service.
Get your new RFID chipped card
Our new blue membership card has an RFID chip. If you do not yet have a new card (as shown) please ask at Customer Service for your card to be upgraded. There is no cost for financial members to do this. From 2 July your new card can be RFID enabled.
If you already have a blue membership card acquired before 2 July please ask at Customer Service to have your RFID chip enabled. You cannot access the full and many benefits of the new system until your card is enabled so please ask at your next Club visit.
Existing E Plus Points are Not Impacted
E Plus points continue to be one of our main benefits for members who use the Club. All existing E Plus points on your membership card will be transferred to the new system and can be used in the same way as always to pay for food and beverages. The same discounts for pay by points will apply across all outlets in the Club.
