GRAND BALLROOM
From 11am. Members $155, Non-Members $169. Children 2-12 years $49.
Stylish and festive, the stunning all-new Grand Ballroom is the perfect setting to celebrate the joy of Christmas with family and friends of all ages. Guests dining in the Grand Ballroom can enjoy great savings by pre-ordering their Christmas Day beverages in advance. Beat the rush of ordering on the day and relax knowing your drinks will be waiting at your table upon arrival — setting the tone for a seamless, memorable, and extra-special celebration with loved ones.
Regular bar services will also be available throughout the day, including service from the new Valentina's Bar.
GRAND SALON
From 11:30am. Members $179, Non-Members $195 (includes unlimited beverages for three hours)
The beautifully renovated Grand Salon will serve as our exclusive adults-only dining space. In addition to a private dessert buffet, guests will enjoy an all-inclusive beverage package featuring bottomless soft drinks, tap beers, and a selection of red and white wines. The ideal choice for those seeking a sophisticated setting with relaxed elegance and refinement, the Grand Salon offers a truly elevated Christmas Day experience.
Please note it is not an option to dine in the Grand Salon without the beverage package inclusion.
THE TERRACE
From 12:30pm. Members $155, Non-Members $169. Children 2-12 years $49.
Dine on The Terrace, our covered all-weather verandah, and enjoy a quieter alfresco setting for your Christmas Day celebration. Guests dining on The Terrace can take advantage of great savings by pre-ordering their Christmas Day beverages in advance. Beat the rush of ordering on the day and enjoy the convenience of having your drinks waiting at your table upon arrival — setting the tone for a relaxed and extra-special day with family and friends.
Regular bar services will also be available throughout the day, including service from the new Valentina's Bar.
THE BOARDROOM
From 12:30pm. Minimum spend $3,400.
Enjoy the luxury of your own private room in the all-new stylish Boardroom, accommodating up to 20 guests. Exclusively yours for the day, it offers the ultimate Christmas Day experience — a dedicated space where you can celebrate with family and friends in complete comfort and privacy. The exclusive Boardroom is available with a minimum spend of $3,400 (members pricing), which includes dining for up to 20 guests plus a three-hour beverage package. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
It is our intention that the Christmas Day buffet is designed to accommodate all dietary requirements including gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian. We cannot offer modifications to this menu due to the risk of cross contamination. If you have allergies or other requirements, please review the menu to check if it meets your needs before booking. All guests are required to eat from the buffet and special meals or plating cannot be serviced for the safest possible outcome.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for table locations (i.e. ‘same table as last year’) due to a changed floorplan.

When booking your tickets please comment if you have mobility issues including wheelchair or walkers so that we can seat you in a suitable location to ensure you have the best day possible. If you need a highchair, please advise our staff when booking.
