Proposed New Members & Applicant Privacy Policy

In accordance with Section 15 of The Epping Club Constitution ("Election of Members") and the Registered Clubs Act, all applications for full membership are processed through a formal evaluation framework.

• The Process: When you apply for full membership, your application details are handled strictly in line with statutory requirements.
• The Notification: As required by our club rules, The Epping Club displays a board in 45 on Rawson confirming members may request the proposed members list for review. All requests should be directed to the Concierge desk and will be processed within 7 days once verified.
• Privacy Controls: Your privacy is important to us. In line with modern privacy updates to the Registered Clubs Act, only the required statutory identification details are verified during processing, and residential details are handled securely to protect applicant privacy.
