All ticket holders must comply with the Registered Clubs Act 1976 when gaining entry into The Epping Club i.e. patrons living within a 5km radius of the Club must be a financial member or signed in as a Guest of a Member. Patrons living outside the 5km radius of the Club must provide photo ID with address to enter as a temporary member or be signed in as a Guest of a Member.

If a ticket holder is unable to attend a show, a ticket/tickets can be transferred by the purchaser, gifted or on-sold. Strictly no refunds will be issued by The Epping Club.
All shows are 18 years and over unless otherwise stated. Minors can be accompanied by a parent/guardian/ a responsible adult and must be a ticket holder. Any minors attending a show with a parent/guardian, or a responsible adult must be approved by The Epping Club prior to the event.
To gain entry into a show, every person must have a valid printed ticket or eTicket.
Food and beverages not purchased within The Epping Club are not permitted to be consumed on premises.
Performances may not be recorded. Copyright infringement may be liable.
Performances may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances in this case other than a refund as required by law no compensation will be offered.
